Seller is extremely rude. Instead of working on to resolve the misunderstanding, seller resorted to making petty jabs, curses and personal attacks in her messages.

I bought 2 wine glasses from her. Seller did not ship them in a foam box, unlike what it mentioned in the description. Instead, I received a cardbox box that got partially squashed in transit. Inside there was 1 broken glass, so I file a dispute.

Seller did not respond on time, and so Aliexpress made the decision on her behalf and gave me a refund for the 2 glasses. She asked me to order from her again, but I think she wanted to make me return the refund for the unbroken glass because when I told her I want to order 2, she said I will only get 1 since I already have 1.

She got nasty and called me all sorts of names like "beggar", "liar", "you poor you go to hell" when I insisted on getting 2 glasses, if I reordered 2. My explanations were futile since instead of responding to the issue, she continued making personal attacks. She even left me a defamatory feedback which I filed an abuse report against.

She was at fault for not answering the dispute on time, which she could. And if she did, Aliexpress would not have decided on her behalf. Aliexpress's decision was out of my control and thus it is not my obligation to return her half of the refund. Such rudeness was appalling.
